Privacy Policy

Our quote request form collects your first and last name, phone number, coverage interests, optional email address, and permission to contact you about your request. An agent calls to collect the remaining quote details. Older requests may also contain ZIP code, contact preference, timing, coverage details, or notes provided through a previous form. We record your consent timestamp and the version of the consent language you saw, including any separate text-message opt-in.

When you contact us by phone or email, we receive the information you choose to share. Some online forms may only help you prepare an inquiry rather than send it; follow the confirmation shown on that form.

Online forms intentionally do not request Social Security numbers, driver's-license numbers, medical information, health-policy identifiers, payment-card information, or account credentials. Please do not include these in notes or other free-text fields. If additional information is needed for a requested service, our office will explain an appropriate way to provide it.

For spam prevention and security, we collect limited anti-abuse data: a one-way hashed network address and browser or user-agent information. The hash is not the original network address, but it is still handled as limited security data.

Analytics events measure activity such as page views, quote steps, and contact-button clicks without including submitted names, emails, phone numbers, notes, or other submitted personal information. We do not use cross-site advertising trackers.

We use information to respond to your inquiry, discuss the coverage or service you requested, prepare or obtain quotes, follow your contact preferences, maintain consent and communication records, prevent abuse and disputes, protect our systems, and meet insurance, legal, regulatory, and business obligations.

Quote requests are stored in Lovable Cloud and copied server-to-server to the ProtectPlus CRM. Our office receives a notification email through Resend after a CRM lead is created. Providers involved in this process include:

• Lovable Cloud: website hosting and durable storage of quote requests.
• ProtectPlus CRM, hosted on Vercel: a customer-relationship system operated for ProtectPlus to route requests and support office follow-up.
• Resend: delivery of office notification emails associated with CRM leads.
• Insurance companies and financial or service providers: information is shared only as needed to respond to the quote or service you requested.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to valid legal process, or as reasonably necessary to protect rights, prevent fraud, or address security incidents. We do not sell personal information.

Your agreement to contact covers only the specific inquiry you submitted. Unrelated or recurring marketing requires separate lawful consent. You can change your contact preference or revoke consent by calling (754) 243-0726 or emailing office@protectplusfin.com.

Text contact requires an explicit, separate opt-in and is not a condition of purchasing any product. If you opt in and text contact is available, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help; you may also revoke consent by phone or email. Automated SMS sending is not currently enabled on this website.

We record opt-outs on our internal suppression/do-not-contact list and apply them to website records and the CRM. Any text sender must check consent and suppression before sending.

We retain records only as long as reasonably necessary for your inquiry or service and for legal, regulatory, insurance recordkeeping, dispute prevention, security, and business obligations. Records are then deleted or de-identified where feasible. We do not specify a fixed retention period because applicable duties and the purpose of each record can differ. A deletion request may be limited by legal duties or other legitimate recordkeeping needs.

The website uses HTTPS to encrypt connections. Quote storage and CRM delivery use server-only handling, with service-role access kept out of browser code; stored quote requests are not publicly readable through the website. Access controls are intended to limit access and permissions to what people and systems need to perform their work. These measures reduce risk, but no transmission or storage method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

To request access, correction, deletion, or a change to contact preferences, email office@protectplusfin.com or call (754) 243-0726. Identify the name and contact details used for your inquiry and, if available, your request reference.

We use reasonable identity verification based on information already on file, such as confirming a request through your recorded email address or phone number. We do not ask you to upload sensitive identity documents through this website. Some requests may be limited by legal or insurance recordkeeping duties. Depending on your location and which laws apply to our business, you may have additional state-law privacy rights; we will consider requests under applicable law without assuming every privacy statute applies.

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

Links to maps, social networks, booking services, regulator websites, or other third parties take you outside this website. Their privacy practices and terms apply to information you provide there. We encourage you to read their notices.
