Accessibility

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA as a design target. This is a statement of our approach, not a claim of full conformance or accessibility certification. Some content or interactions may still present barriers.

The website includes:

• A skip-to-content link, semantic headings, and navigation landmarks.
• Labeled form fields and validation messages that identify problems with entries.
• Keyboard access to navigation and form controls, with visible focus indicators.
• Keyboard-operable Pause/Play controls on both auto-advancing homepage carousels; rotation also pauses on pointer hover and keyboard focus.
• Reduced-motion support that disables automatic carousel advancement and limits motion; the consultation video does not autoplay when reduced motion is requested.
• Alternative text for meaningful images and controls for the illustrative consultation video.
• Layouts intended to support text zoom and reflow on smaller screens without losing information or access to controls.

These features are intended to support access, but their presence alone does not establish that every page works with every assistive technology.

Accessibility is ongoing. We review the site as content and features change, and use feedback to identify barriers. Manual accessibility evaluation and testing with assistive technologies remain important parts of that work. Third-party sites or services linked from this website may have accessibility limitations outside our control.

We will review the report, seek an appropriate alternative way to help, and work to address barriers within our control. We do not promise a fixed response or repair time.
